Del Valle Regional Park
We went to Del Valle Regional Park by Livermore, in the East Bay, on 9/1/08.

There are lifeguards on duty, who regularly empty the swimming area so that they can take a break. Then someone got stung by a bee, which commended the attention of the only medical emergency kit, and so again, we had to wait without swimming. The lake is pretty darn crowded, and there are a lot of bees indeed.

After the day at the lake, what's better than ice cream?
