China Camp

David, Olga and Katia had made a reservation to China Camp, for October 11, 2008. We gladly joined them for camping (except Augustin and I came back home to sleep in our beds, leaving Yoriko with Eustache and Aema to play with Katia).

The day after, we walked around the old Chinese camp that gives the park its name, where they used to harvest shrimp. We ran into Chesna, a girl Eustache's age he used to see at the Rossi pool during Gregorio's swimming classes. Chesna's dad is a first rate swimmer who went out, without a wet suit, far into the bay.

We ran again into Chesna during Eustache's birthday celebration, where she was invited to a similar party in another room, by another Rossi swimmer, Dash.
